Adrianos was on the brink of being put into the foster care system, and he was just three days old. Fortunately, a loving Argentinian and Brazilian couple decided to adopt him. The adoption lifted Adrianos out of a life of uncertainty, and it became a defining moment in his life. Due to his unusual background, Adrianos developed a scrappy personality and a determination to stand up for his ideas even in the face of disagreement.
When he was 12 years old, Adrianos attended a private Catholic school managed by a principal who had a nasty habit of reading the students’ report cards in front of the whole class. When Adrianos witnessed the principal publicly shaming a classmate for their bad grades, he resolved to do something about it. He believed that he was not receiving a good education and convinced his parents to let him go to public school.
But he wasn’t going to leave quietly…Adrianos thought he’d give the principal a taste of their own medicine. He made an appointment with the principal and listed all the ways the school was inadequate and how he thought they could improve. The look on the principal’s face was priceless.
Adrianos attended UCLA and received a Bachelor’s Degree in History with Departmental Honors. Immediately after college, he attended and graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law. During law school, he served as the President of Phi Delta Phi, an honors society.
Most lawyers join a law firm after graduating from law school. Adrianos wanted to chart a different course. He envisioned a different and extraordinary law firm built around his engrained sense of justice and fairness. With little money to his name, in 2006 Adrianos founded The Law Offices of Adrianos Facchetti. During his first trial appearance, Adrianos achieved a major victory for his client. The jury awarded his client 10x more than the last settlement offer and his opponent commented that “That was the best closing argument I have ever seen.”
Since then, Adrianos has continued to develop his skills, handling multiple kinds of cases with great success, including auto crashes, pedestrian accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, and police misconduct cases.
When Adrianos is not obsessing over one of his cases, he enjoys reading on new subjects, mentoring colleagues, playing the guitar, listening to music, and spending time with his wife and two raucous kids, Gigi and Severin. Adrianos also provides Pro Bono adoption services through the Alliance for Children’s Rights. He recognizes the immense difference that his adoption made to his life, and wishes to provide other children with the opportunity to live the American Dream, like he has.
Adrianos is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. He often jokes that he was yelled at in three languages as a kid and that it worked out to his benefit.
Adrianos is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. He was selected to the 2014, 2015, and 2016 Southern California Super Lawyers Rising Stars List. The Rising Stars designation is a distinction given to no more than 2.5% of Southern California Lawyers who are either under 40 years of age or have been in practice for less than 10 years.
He also holds an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings,™ which has been recognized as the gold standard of attorney ratings. Martindale-Hubbell recognizes lawyers for their strong legal ability and high ethical standards. Adrianos is also a Transportation Commissioner for the City of Burbank. As one of the commissioners, he plays an advisory role to the Burbank City Council on issues relating to the expenditure of public funds and traffic safety initiatives. Adrianos is passionate about making his hometown safe for his family, friends, and fellow community members.
